What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are also supported options at the checkout. You will be redirected at checkout and once the transaction is complete you will then return to alluren.co.
Can I edit an existing order?
Once your order is placed we immediately start processing to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders can not be changed, cancelled or updated once placed. If you would like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

To get the most out of your garments, wash with care and follow these simple instructions;

What size should I get?
Our sizes currently range from XS to XXL.
Check out our size guide for detailed measurements and size conversion from standard US, UK or Australian sizes.
If we don’t currently stock your size, don’t give up on us too quickly. We are working towards a more inclusive size range. Sign up and contact us to be the first to know when we introduce more sizes.
Do you offer maternity wear?
Our leggings are designed to support you throughout life's journey. The high waist design offers just the right amount of tummy support, whilst the 4-way stretch and ultra soft fabric keeps you feeling comfortable throughout your pregnancy. We recommend simply sizing up as your baby grows.

What if I chose the wrong size?
We understand that every body is different, and that it can be difficult to choose the right size when shopping online. That's why we carefully created our size guide to help you choose the right fit. Additionally, you have 21 days from the date of purchase to return it. In the meantime, don't forget to place a new order with your desired size.

How much does shipping cost?
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Please note, this does not include weekends (Friday-Saturday) and public holidays. Shipping time will vary according to country, city and location.
We use the most reliable and fast shipping providers so you can enjoy your items sooner. All parcels are currently shipped via Australia Post. Below are the estimated shipping timeframes. Please note that this may change during holiday and peak periods.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking information. If you do not receive this within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.
Alternatively, if you have an account with us simply sign in and visit ‘My orders’.
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before tracking information is available online. If you're unable to track your parcel after this, please email as hello@alluren.co or contact us here and we will contact the shipping company.
Will I be charged customs and duties?
Customs and duty charges may apply, and vary from country to country. Please note that shipping charge is for transport cost only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Alluren does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Returns
Can I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your items, so, if you're having second thoughts you have 21 days from the date of purchase to return it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, personal care and intimate clothing items can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that shipping, customs and duty charges already paid cannot be refunded.

How do I return my order?
Log in to your account by clicking the profile icon on the top right of the page, or 'start a return' in the footer.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- You will receive a six-digit verification code to the phone number on your Shop Pay account.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Due to varying processing times between financial organisations, refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account.
What if my product is faulty?
We strive to ensure our products are meticulously crafted to the highest quality. Our stringent quality control process ensures that every product meets our strict criteria. However, if you have any concerns about a faulty or damaged product we ask that you contact us on receipt of the items. Please be sure to provide a description and images when you reach out.

No, creating an account isn’t required, you can always check out as a guest. However, having an account makes your alluren experience easier and more personal. You will be able to save your details for faster checkout, keep track of your orders, and receive recommendations tailored to you.
